About Brian

Hello everyone. My name is Brian Hicks. I am a student at The Art Institute of Boston working on getting a BFA in Design.  I am also an athlete, I love to compete and push myself.  I love traveling and exploring new things I’ve never done before.  Living in a big city has made appreciate rural areas and their beauty.  Although I consider myself an artist you would never know when first meeting me.  Some other random things I like are dogs, bikes, shoes, and t-shirts.  If you would like to know more about me just leave a comment and we can chat.

I am an alum of Lowell High School.  While studying design at LHS I won various Boston Globe Art Awards and started my own clothing brand. I started this blog in high school and this is what I had to say back then.  This is my blog for Graphic Design class. My favorite class!

I’ve been taking graphic design since sophomore year. Before that I just took normal boring classes. I went to the Butler Middle School and the Pyne elementary school. At the Butler I won the principles award and the gym award. I won the gym award for being good at all sports.  I love to play sports, my favorite is soccer. Last year my soccer team, FC Puma, won the state cup and went to West Virginia to play the best teams in the region. This year my team merged with New England Eagles and are now NEFC and our team is better than ever.

In school I take all honors classes and I am on honor roll.  This  year I’m in the Communications Academy, National Honors Society, International Languages Club, and Science Club.
